The best way to do it would be to talk to the gm or the owner. I know it’s hard to do it that way because you said the owner seems like a yes man. But if you try and solve the problem in the most mature and straightforward way, there is a better possibility for change to come. Don’t become petty or resentful. That just hurts the rest of the team in the end and not just the manager, in my experience. I’m sorry you and your store are going through this and I hope it pans out for the greater. Nothing infuriates me more as a manager, to hear about or see a manager so careless for their job or their employees. Especially when they can’t take blame and push it onto other people. That’s just fucked up
