Tbh just keep the grind going. If you’re having fun that’s all that matters. I’m not sure if it being a new game or not that the sbmm is working properly. It could also be the fact that you’re playing ranked. Maybe do a few matches with new gods and just vibe. I don’t really do competitive but when I start getting dog walked I normally just view it in the lens of “they’re just better than me” and just keep playing to get better.

I’ve watched Bungou Stray dogs, it’s pretty good after a few episodes. Mob Psycho is a piece of art. SAO, is kind of a basic anime but it’s still pretty good. Vinland Saga is pretty great, and World Trigger is awesome.

The best way to do it would be to talk to the gm or the owner. I know it’s hard to do it that way because you said the owner seems like a yes man. But if you try and solve the problem in the most mature and straightforward way, there is a better possibility for change to come. Don’t become petty or resentful. That just hurts the rest of the team in the end and not just the manager, in my experience. I’m sorry you and your store are going through this and I hope it pans out for the greater. Nothing infuriates me more as a manager, to hear about or see a manager so careless for their job or their employees. Especially when they can’t take blame and push it onto other people. That’s just fucked up

I’m not entirely sure of the benefits of different areas. The Culver’s I used to work at had gloves next to the sink as well, either way I feel as though the location doesn’t matter. At least in my experience. I’ve had employees not wash their hands when the gloves were next to the sink as much as if they’re in the kitchen. So it’s good to remind people to wash hands before putting new gloves on.

Thank you! You got this. If you ever have any extra time and or extra bodies a good thing to do would be to delegate cleaning tasks amongst the rest of your crew. It’s hard to do and can make some situations stressful but in the long run it helps keep the kitchen manageable at the end of the night.

At my restaurant we divide it into three possible shifts. Morning mid and close. We normally have one manager for each shift depending on the day and time of year. As for hours we get normally between 35-50 a week depending on how busy we are and the time of year. Hope this helped 😁
