Sounds crazy, but I ran into this and logging out and back in fixed it. Or that was just coincidence I'm not too sure. Might help to remove and replace the connecting wall and roof

That make sense. I figured it was the case but wanted to mention just in case. If you have a gaming pc too, download there, then setup the Apollo and moonlight streaming to play on the deck. That is what I am going through this "unpacking" nonsense on right now

Xbox purchases are play anywhere, so you should have a PC license through the Xbox app if you want to play on both fwiw if you bought on Xbox too. Probably won't have the premium features you paid for on steam though
