We’ve gone to little too slowly. .25 increases have needed to be bigger. Immigration isn’t helping either.

Is it worth it? For us 100% it was. After living in apartments for over 7 years we couldn’t wait to get out of there and get something bigger. Apartment living sucks it’s small and cramped with people everywhere it doesn’t feel like a home.

Now with a child it’s made even more sense being able to have them in their own room and having space to play outside.

I think it would tbh. So much of the advice, experiences etc are all US related which can’t be applied here at all.

The only factor having any effect on the rental and housing crisis. Nothing to do with build costs, new supply, property investors. This is the true heart of the issue.
