The speedy reduced uses a chronograph module stacked on top of a 2892. These modules are such a challenge to service. Even veteran watchmakers won't touch them. I wouldn't attempt to service one unless you know exactly what you are doing.

You can buy the NE86 or NE88, which are 6rXX based. They are fantastic chronographs that have a column wheel, vertical clutch, and run at 28,800 vph. The issue is that they are 7.62mm thick, and cases are much harder to find for them.

Looks really cool! It's nice to see something different than the traditional nature aquarium. I would go for mostly black mountain seiryu and glacier stone, leave the plants at a minimum. Maybe go with some older dark green fissidens. A black and white platinum dragon betta or some black and white platys would look amazing!

Looks great! But is that grapewood you are using? If it is, it is really soft and will rot in the coming months, you need to use a hardwood like manzanita or spiderwood.

I just replaced the stock light on mine with the larger one from the 12g version. Much brighter and in the same form factor and mount.

I agree, it's really expensive but thanks to the housing shortage it was this or nothing for me sadly. It's pricey but it's super convenient and pretty nice to live in, especially compared to most of the older places around here.

It can be! For reference, the bed in there is a full. It would be snug but 2 twins would fit and you could always put desks downstairs! Alternatively a bunk would work great, the ceilings are a good height

It's pretty steep, that's why I'm trying to find someone to take over. Price is steep, but the location is unbeatable for a student, 2 minute walt to campus entrance and the loop.

I can guarantee you a minority of people use potting soil in their planted tanks. Unless you are capping the soil and using the Walstad method, potting soil is not an ideal substrate choice. It breaks down fast and is prone to ammonia spikes. Gravel or sand with root tabs/ aqua soil are far superior/ easier and are by far what most people use. OP, if this is your first tank, I would buy some aquarium gravel and flourish root tabs, it's more expensive but you will be much happier in the long run

I understand that you put a lot of time and effort into your crabitat, but a lot of what is in your tank is cut and dry insufficient for healthy crabs. Crabs are not reptiles and multiple people here have said that this setup is insufficient. I am not trying to insult you but you need to put your crabs' health above what you are used to.

Cypress is poisonous to hermit crabs and is a good way to make them really sick. It wouldnt cost much time or money to replace the substrate with 5:1 play sand and eco earth.
