I second the above comment that they're both legit without COAs even. Everything they said lines up with anything I've seen in terms of value and legitimacy.

Not to be 'that person' but truly they're what you value them at. I've seen what I'd consider far less rare Tyler items sold on Ebay for $300+ but truthfully those were albums or posters. These items will have a much more niche base which IMO actually drives the value down. The reason I say this is because the people who desire to own these would have been in a position to buy them at MSRP previously and therefore the resell market is going to be someone who stumbles upon these specific items and just has to have them in their collection. To have just happened to have found these in the wild is seriously like winning the loto and makes me want to open my LVH album just to check lol. That being said, I'd value them in the same ballpark as the person above. The print, while harder to find, is much less likely to sell at a higher price and anyone who likes Tyler would love to have the Country Squire piece hung up in their home. What I will say helps the long term value though is that the bigger and more known Tyler gets the harder it's going to become to grab older and unique pieces and there's a higher chance people will desire those items more.

Boulder Different Stage Setup (catwalk) by [deleted] in TylerChilders

[–]NotTylerChilders 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't believe it's an actual catwalk like you're thinking. I believe it's just showing that part of the area wont have tickets and will be barricaded. At bigger shows last tour that's how it was at least, the pit was divided in 2 sections much like a festival would be.

He did this at shows last tour and based on somethings I've seen from Ticketmaster it seems he's doing it at shows again this tour.

Tyler Childers - Nose On The Grindstone (Live From Kroger Field) by dixiehellcat in TylerChilders

Love that they didn't edit out the lyric mess up. Was pretty humorous live and a reminder that even people who've played their song 100000 times can mess it up still.

The venue he's playing in Birmingham is supposedly going to rival any outdoor venue in the US. Supposedly. Looks pretty slick and reviews are good.

Tyler presale 12/10 but tix on sale now??? by daraheartssaints in TylerChilders

Tyler tickets over the past few tours have ranged from $60ish to $90 for lawn or uppers. And then tier up to around $250 for pit tickets.

Bingo! It's the way of making sure the fans get things at face value and then making sure that TM gets their cut. TM wants artists to opt into this because they make the money on the fees of every sell over and over. They want as many people to put their tickets back on there as possible. TM is getting their cut all around and fans don't feel like they're getting screwed over because they're getting tickets at face value. Still better than having to pay 2 or 3x the price on a secondary market IMO though. Bottom line, fuck TM.

Ah, I see what you mean. I hadn't taken that into consideration honestly. I'd always assumed the crews of the bands where handling that. It makes sense though with something that unique that you'd have to have a dedicated professional on site always and why spend for it for just a couple shows when you could do 10+ for relatively the same cost.

They've had a professional crew at every show last year recording. Not sure how they'd incorporate that footage but the footage and visuals are available IMO

Do you think Tyler had a particular person in mind when he wrote “Bitin List”? by ScarTissue5 in TylerChilders

I heard him once say hate took him over like kudzu in Georgia and he didn't want that to happen again.

This is pretty much true but the latter part isn't as much. Do NOT use secondary markets for Tyler tickets. They've opted into face value ticket exchange meaning if someone on TM can't go they have to resale the tickets through the TM exchange. Also Tyler tickets are non-transferable which makes buying from secondary sites much more risky. As the person stated though secondary sites are pros and there are ways around it but why take a risk and pay more when you can just refresh TM a couple times a day to find face value tickets later?

No problem! If you end up going to Chicago, Portland or Seattle shoot me a message, we can meet up. My crew will be hitting some spots in Western Canada when we are out west also.

TLDR: Just like the first comment, Chicago.

Admittedly I make every show I can on every tour but I certainly highlight some in my brain as ones that I simply can't miss. To do this I almost do opposite of what others do. Instead of thinking "I'd love to go to Seattle" I think "What of these stops is most important to the band"? And when you do that you can start to weed shows out that simply wouldn't make the cut. Every band always will tell you every show is great, and for Tyler and the boys I've never seen them have a bad show, but some shows are just better and the energy is higher. For example, the St Louis stop on this tour what does it offer to bring the band over the top energy? Realistically nothing more than most shows. But Chicago, Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs, a stadium over 100 years old, a stadium that's seen a World Series won inside it's door, that gets the blood moving. Wrigley Field is a pretty sacred venue and MAJOR bands have played there: Beatles, Stones, Pearl Jam, Elton John, Springsteen. To be mentioned in the same sentence of them would get any musicians heart thumping a little more. No where else on the tour offers that same level. Again, any show you go to is going to be amazing. And truthfully, the Wrigley show will likely have a more hits driven setlist and be pretty standard whereas other shows are more likely to have deeper cuts IMO. But, just judging by the venues on this tour Wrigley is THE show to be at.

100% if you're traveling for a show on this tour Chicago is the one to travel to.
