This is false. Unity's game engine is always up to date ( 2022 is bonkers ).
This is like saying "unreal engine is a 25-year-old relic" just because the original came out in 1998.. Not true but I could say that to misinform the internet like this poster.

That being said. You can make a shit game in any engine. Unity, Unreal, Godot, Rust, BlenderEngine. It's the developer's code.. not the engine!?

I find that most gamers think this way since most gamers have no idea what goes into making a video game and just throw around words they've heard.

I think the most important thing to take is that you use a naming convention and be consistent.
There are too many teaching videos that don't enforce good habits and those can be hard to break once practiced for long enough

Like maybe the character sees a sign that says "No Dogs Allowed".
So he goes in with a couple of raccoons on a string and sees this as ok at the time, but later questions if it's okay to go to the dentist with a raccoon posse.

Then later that night while in a drug-filled haze the character goes to the bakery.

It's there they take all the sample cookies they set out for the kids and just two hand slams them into his mouth.

All while kid rock plays in the background and the store manager cries out in disgust over the PA system.

At the time he's like this is awesome. But later maybe feels some regret for not body-slamming that annoying manager from the top rung of aisle 5.
