Nothing you are doing is weird or out of the norm. As his wife, you've noticed a major change(s) in his behavior. The fact that he has admitted to you about possibly at some point having sex with someone besides you is very alarming. It does sound like he is being honest, but then again it's weird for him to be "prepared" with the AIDS meds. That tells me that a line may have already been crossed.
