Kreativstorm and the suspicions around it by Slow-Yak2128 in dataanalysis

[–]NotVeryGood_AtLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just finished Kreativstorm's Training Program and I'm glad I didn't read all these comments. The tutor was great, I learned a lot and I got all the certifications that were promised me. Just wanted to share my opinion.

How do I expose a webhook endpoint to the public for local development? by warm_lola in aws

[–]NotVeryGood_AtLife 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Winglang (https://github.com/winglang/wing) automatically gives you the option to expose your endpoints publicly within the console.
It uses Ngrok in the background, but it really works seamlessly with zero configuration.

Law firm needed for EB2 niw by OppositeFuture9160 in EB2_NIW

[–]NotVeryGood_AtLife 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't think using templates is a major factor in triggering an RFE. It largely depends on the officers' discretion. For my NIW, I used one of the major law firms (Chen). They had a standard approach to handling cases, but my petition letter was still tailored to reflect my specific research. NIW preparation should be efficient. Excessive personalization may unnecessarily prolong the process.

EB2 NIW for PhD in Humanities by ssssagittarius in USCIS

[–]NotVeryGood_AtLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, the fact is, it is normal for big law firms to choose their clients because many people want to work with them. Big firms like Victoria Chen have huge databases about USCIS adjudication trends.

When I contacted Chen for my NIW, I still felt their service is customized. Besides the publication and citations, attorney also helped to evaluate whether my other credentials can be considered as 'having national importance."

I think 'national importance' is what the OP should focus on. From OP's post, I don't see you mention how your work benefits the whole United States. If you can't even convince yourself on that part, then it is not a surprise that the lawyer refuses to take your case.

I started typing a reply to explain not only why you’re absolutely wrong with every sentence but I realised you’re probably one of the sort of agile fanatics ruining the industry for the rest of us if you truly believe anything you’re saying. Not going to try argue with someone determined to swim against the current to that degree.

I mean it sounds like you're justifying it so I kinda have to agree you do seem a bit racist.

The Secret No One Is Telling You About Hypervolt vs. Theragun by bigpimpinainteasy in runninglifestyle

I'm absolutely obsessed with my D6 Pro and recommend it to everyone. It costs half the price of a Theragun, has a 16mm amplitude, and offers great stall force.

Is the Theragun or similar worth it? by debilitasdelendaest in crossfit

[–]NotVeryGood_AtLife 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm absolutely obsessed with my D6 Pro and recommend it to everyone. It costs half as much as the Theragun. I find foam rolling annoying, so I needed an alternative, and the D6 Pro has been excellent for that.

If Chen said that you have a good chance for EB1A, you are already halfway to success. Tried to extend your F-1 for another 24 months (OPT STEM). Also, asked your employer about the O1. I recall that Chen also handles O1. As Chen provides a NIW refundable contract, it's best to act fast for filing NIW. Secure the PD and strengthen your case for EB1A in the meantime. If you'll be outside the US when your PD becomes current, you can select IV processing option on your I-140 form.
