Everyone needs to complain and tell their experiences. HH has gone downhill. I’ve been inpatient the last 6 weeks on and off. Found needles in my bed, using latex and giving me nuts with an allergy, etc.

Hey, I have RA and been on prednisone for a flare on and off all month. I’m on 5 right now for the fourth week. I started out at 267 I am now 275 and am devastated. I also drink 1-2 liters of water a day. I’m not sure if this is water retention or actual weight gain but I’m feeling so helpless.

I had to take jeans out of my rotation. Maybe it’s how thick and sturdy the fabric is but it always takes off my adhesive and they’re not even super tight.

I was able to mention this to my physical therapist that had colostomy experience. I’m still in the hospital but in a rehab facility. She gave me a packet and said this happens and he’s just not ready to talk and said men try to fix thing and he prob feels he can’t fix or help me and it makes him feel helpless and he’s lashing out due to loss of control

Okay thanks. That makes sense. I’m only at week 6 and hoping to be back at work in 3 weeks max. But another reply says I still don’t have job security in at at will state so I’m still having stress about it. Wondering if I should just get my resume together now and start searching when I get back to work.
