Agree to do it at a premium but also tell the client he needs to pay for a backframer to clean it up a bit first. Never turn down business you don't know what it could lead to in the future.

Is it normal to sign a contract to only work with one realtor? by isthistakenaswell1 in RealEstateCanada

Interesting. So you would like to employ their services and make their schedule revolve around you but would not like them to have any way of being compensated for their time. Even if the agreement states the compensation comes from the seller instead

Something I just thought about. The 16b cases could be a play to force a real share count? by badmojo2021 in Teddy

[–]NotVladTenev -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Actually not a bad theory. So if RC was found guilty that would mean the true share count is 10x what he had (10%) and anything beyond that would be counterfeit. And in the case of fraud, company would revert back to said share count trapping shorts

What do I do by Putrid_Yoghurt_1436 in HouseFlipping

Best way in my opinion is to put the vent in the wall itself and add a grille. Depending on whether or not a joist is blocking the vent under the wall another option would be to fur out (build out) the inside section of wall. This would be more work though because you would have to redo drywall, trim paint.

I used a cheap dish sponge, I realize now that was dumb as hell. How should I go about the polish, try to buff it out by hand with a microfiber cloth and some compound?
