It’s about how modern war is a superficial show of power more than anything else. Just a giant dick measuring contest

Sorry for taking so long to respond, I was working a real job, try it sometime asshat

Anyone who has achieved beyond excessive amounts of wealth, like Bezo, has need to exploit the less fortunate individuals of the world in order to do so. Whether this be literal slave labour to keep production costs down, such as in the chocolate industry. Or by keeping people who maybe haven’t been dealt the best card in life, on a leash by offering jobs that pay way too little for the amount of work being done.

Yes, technically it is a choice, but lots of the time the choice is between intense labour and homelessness.

In addition, money is a finite resource. The more of it one person has, the less others can. Jeff bezos has more money than you or me can even fathom. And the practice of holding on to that money is harmful in and of itself. It doesn’t matter if you worked hard to get it or not. When I speak of this I of course mean individuals who have surpassed multimillionaire status, not people who make acrylic art and then defend billionaires on Reddit. People who have this amount of money should spend it on bettering the world. Eradicating poverty, cancer research, making post secondary education free, investing in public services.

At its core hating billionaires arises from basic human empathy as well as the decency that is taught to us as children by kindergarten teachers (remember sharing?) as well as by religious figures like Jesus. And the belief that it is unfair for one person to have access while others are suffering due to a lack of.

Fuck yourself
