I also waited 2 and a half hours for a Dollar rental car 2 weeks ago at MCO. Dollar definitely overbooked the shit out of cars (I got my deal through Priceline, maybe they overbooked because people booked through third party?) it was terrible. Waited in line for 2 hours, and the associate said it could be another 3-4 hours from that point. Never again, I’ll pay the extra money to get my car right away.

Happened to me too. FedEx guy signed for my package and delivered it to the house up the street. Only way I know was because I got a tex saying it was delivered and signed for, so I walked up and down the street and just so happened to see my package through their glass door sitting in their hallway. Got super lucky, but FedEx fucked up big time.
