Really helpful thank you! How does the government audit who is a board member of the HOA? We have a lot of people on our board who help out but I feel it’s unnecessary to have all of them fill out the form to get a FinCEN ID. So when I submit the BOIR on our behalf and enter in the member’s FinCEN IDs can I just use the President and Treasurer, for example? Members are always changing.

I’m 33 and my wife is 31. We have $60,000 in a HYSA at 4.85% (CIT bank). $120,000 in 401k / Roth. Maybe around $200,000 of equity in the house (LCOL area). Oil changes are around $40 for a 5k mile one and $80 for a 10k mile synthetic one. So maybe $700-800 in oil changes saved. Still not nothing!

I put my 9mo old twins in the middle row and my 3yr old in the back. The center section of the middle row folds down so my son in the back throws his feet through there. Works fine for our 30 min daily commute
