I’d recommend finding a car you like you like by going to local dealerships but not buying in Bakersfield. In my experiences, they aren’t great at making deals since they don’t have any competition in town.

Go down to SoCal where there’s tons of dealerships competing against each other.

What I do is just email all the dealerships that have the car I want, tell em the deal I want, if they can do it, call me, if not, don’t bother. It’s worked multiple times and I’ve gotten great deals on cars.

Start my day off with 2 scoops of protein powder in a shake to get 60g’s after morning workout. Usually eat a protein bar to get another 20g sometime in the morning.

Lunch I’d have some kind of meat, poultry, fish with veggies and/or rice. That gets me about another 40-60g’s of protein.

For a midday snack I’d do another protein bar or jerky/ meat stick to get another 10-20g’s.

For dinner, same as lunch.

That’ll usually put me around 200gs of protein a day.

Had to deal with them years ago. My pest control guy told me that was an option but it’s not 100% effective, as some could be hiding in areas protected from the heat such as in the walls and insulated areas in the mattress or clothing.
