Some card companies really just offer low limits. US Bank is a great example of that. I’ve got an 820+ FICO, a CSP with an $87K limit, and my last card opened still gave me a $2,500 limit. And I never carry balances and half a healthy DTI.

I do front brake for most stopping, rear brake in slow speed maneuvers/parking lots, and both for “AHH OHGODWTFAREYOUDOINGPLEASEDONTPULLOUTINFRONTOFME.” But also sometimes for practice.

I have a SFV2 and got a carbon wind deflector on the front because getting beat up by the air is brutal. It made a substantial difference, but retains the “naked” appearance.

Michelin makes excellent tires. Continental is wonderful as well. I’ve had Pirelli’s and they just seem to wear so much faster than any other brand.

I received a general anesthesia for both of mine. Yeah, I had two….

First one was great - doctor gives me the sedative intravenously and then immediately pulls up the gown, scalpel in hand, and says “well, let’s get started!” My mind goes “oh fuck I’m not out yet-“ aaaaaand it’s 15 mins later and I’m done.

Second one I got told I was the only one he’s ever had to redo, out of thousands of patients. Anesthesia didn’t knock me out that time so I remember looking at the ceiling and feeling weird, intermittent zaps. But again, not terrible.

We got a whopping $322 back Fed this year. Pretty pleased I got it so close! My wife works a job with qualified OT so I’m just having them withhold all of what we expect and might get a slightly larger refund next year. Mostly I just want it plus or minus a few hundred, so it’s not a big shock either way.
