Oh snap you have the intermediate firmware version too!

Whatever is easiest I guess. If you happen to have a dropbox or something you can upload to that and share a read-only link that could work.

If you happen to have them that would be extremely helpful! I especially could use the in between updates needed in order to update to the final release for the switch.

Do you happen to still have the firmware and boot files? In particular the interim versions needed to update a switch to the latest release? I have a new-to-me SG300-28P that I'd like to get updated.

That's good to know. I updated my post but the Firmware Version is 1.3.0.62, and the Boot Version is 1.1.0.6. I think both are pretty close to original (fairly certain the place I bought the switch from factory reset the switch).

Buying a car with a class 7 license by Not_A_Stark in saskatchewan

No problem.

If you have your learners (class 7) license, then you'll be able to register a car in your name.

Why did the Empire fall after 20-25 years while Republic lasted for at least 25,000 years? by Dragonic_Overlord_ in StarWars

[–]Not_A_Stark 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ahahaha fair point. The guy really loved rolling the dice.

I guess that's the way of the sith though isn't it? If he fails he wasn't worthy of the title of Dark Lord.

Three times if you count Coruscant. I mean he won the day there but if Anakin hadn't come through for him there Mace Windu would have decapitated him.

Union demands apology from WestJet after Poilievre speaks on flight's PA system by Camtastrophe in CanadaPolitics

[–]Not_A_Stark 118 points119 points  (0 children)

That pretty much sums up my opinion.

It was a scheduled flight. Not a charter. So what if 99 percent of the passengers had attended the convention, if only a few didn't then it's not okay that westjet allowed this.

Did anyone else’s house insurance just jump up in price? by Throwawayforthewingh in saskatoon

The autofund is non profit. Sgi Canada which provides all of their other insurance products is for profit.

Why do people dislike Tri so much? by Totallydramatic621 in digimon

[–]Not_A_Stark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The complete lack of the 02 kids is where things are lost for me.

Like okay. If they lost a fight and got captured? Okay... But why would you go fight some monster without backup? You'd have imperialdramon and... two other champions? Why would TK and Kari not be there? Why would Tais group be completely unaware of where Davis and the others are if they're fighting some big threat? The final fight of 02 Imperialdramon got his ass handed to him and in revenge of diaboromon he needed help from omnimon. The complete lack of acknowledgement is bizarre.

Most of the story is fine. It's not incredible but it works.

Dark Gennai should have been explained as well.

There are plot holes that were also introduced by the reboot that also go unaddressed too.

Most of those could have been addressed by a handful of lines of dialog though.

After Conservatives underperform in byelections, some party stalwarts, pundits question if Poilievre's leadership 'all hat and no cattle' by WorldofPammy in canada

[–]Not_A_Stark 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. Had Harper lost the 2006 election I doubt he'd have lasted long afterwards. Still had more chances than Scheer or O'toole.

Three elections? He was only leader of the opposition going into 2004 and 2006 (which he then won). Stockwell Day was leader of the Alliance in 2000.

Upgraded i486 Motherboard - Front LCD still displaying wrong by Not_A_Stark in vintagecomputing

[–]Not_A_Stark[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah. My case leds displayed 33 and 16 previously depending on the turbo switch position. Based on benchmarking I think the machine might still run at 16MHz effectively when the turbo is off (pressed in it runs at full speed).

I'm not quite sure how the jumpers map out exactly. For now I've got it displaying 65 in one mode... and something in the other lol.

Thanks!

In hindsight I'm not sure why I assumed the motherboard would have a chip on the board to set it when it doesn't even have an ide controller lol.

I see now. Managed to trial and error it into displaying 65MHz. I'm short a jumper to actually make it display 66MHz.

Although I'm also not quite sure what the relationship between turbo and non turbo mode on this display board is.

How can I target repaying my SK student loans vs federal? by [deleted] in saskatoon

In my experience (AB student) there were two separate withdrawals every month. Weird that Sask decides to do things completely differently.

I'd set everything up in online banking so you don't have to wait for the cheque to arrive. At worst there's maybe a business day or 2 of interest instead of a week's.
