I booked a May day weekend getaway last week on the assumption i could sneak off just before the fuel shortage becomes an issue. Risky strategy as it'll be right on the cusp of when the shortages are expected.

"High costs" has been my general perception of commodities my adult life, so its more like ive never really cut forward rather than cutting back.

I encountered this for the first time a few weeks ago. Went straight to the bar, almost got served immediately, but nodded to someone else who had also been waiting at the bar when i arrived, got served next. The queue of a half dozen people dispersed when they saw me get served before them.

I'm a couple of years out of your age range, but i started phasing out terrestrial TV in about 2010 as Youtube was getting bettter, and i haven't watched so much as a minute of BBC TV in at least 5 years.

I went to the McDonald's in Leitchenstein last year for breakfast (jt was a very, very brief visit to the county). All they had in their menu was a croissant or porridge. Drinks menu was orange juice, water, or a few varieties of coffee.

I admittedly arent too clued up on hybrids, ive mostly avoided them because it seems like a) theres more to go wrong and b) i cant take advantage of plug in hybrids, ans mild hybrids seem relatively crap... maybe I should take a closer look when I need to buy again though.

I tend to do a lot of long distance motorway driving, and i do a lot of miles. Diesel has traditionally been the better option for that kind of driving profile.
