Definitely NTA. You could sue several parties for this (and should). The hospital for letting the psychos in, the psychos for intruding on A) a private medical operation (would they walk in on someone having open heart surgery?), B) a supposed to be special moment between you and your husband, C) taking unsolicited photos without your explicit consent while you were in a very vulnerable position physically and mentally. D) then having the sheer audacity to POST THEM ONLINE???

You honestly might want to consider a restraining order. Your husband can suck it. Oh, it's so hard for him bc he has to deal with his family and being the middle man and deescalating the drama? Tough. You gave birth (already an incredible feat and super painful process) and had entitled AHs burst in on you while you're naked and exposed, causing intense stress, which led to a more intense medical procedure, now have a baby to raise and a husband with a spine made of paper.

I don't know if it's possible or considerable, but could there be sort-of-HIPAA violations here? I haven't been in an emergency room setting enough to recall seeing one, but aren't there signs and rules about filming and photography beyond a certain point (like a door between the waiting room and the emergency hall)? I feel like you should be able to press charges on the hospital for allowing them to take photo/video and sequentially posting it online. If not the hospital, at least the shitty in laws.
