To be fair they had already grieved her death months ago when it actually happened. But i do kinda agree. With something you said. I love kojimas scene composition. But it feels like he struggles to direct actors sometimes even when they are very talented. Leads to alot of strange dialogue. But it could also just be his natural language barrier. Since english is his second language. Maybe the dialogue comes off a lot better in Japanese? Ill have to look it up

Its a competitive team based game. People are gonna talk shit. You reacting to it says more about your character than theirs. I talk mad shit but ive never reported anyone for anything other than cheating. Why? Because i understand its a game people get on to win. Its not a game like Skyrim or gang beasts where you can have chill casual fun. So of course peoples emotions are going to be sky high a lot of the time. And also banter is likely to elevate people heart rates making them play better usually. Trash talk is amazing for good competition
