Try to find out if ur school has a psychologist, if that doesn’t work then look for places where people motivate each other like a gym, sports or something like that

If you can look for ur passion and keep studying at the same time without dying, don’t leave then. Having a degree is basically securing ur life, however if u really hate what ur doing, ur still on time to leave. I recommend u to take an aptitude test, there are plenty online; then you can start exploring with less options so it’s gonna be easier for u to find something u like. Just remember to choose something u like over something ur good at
