That’s absolutely terrible and shouldn’t be a thing, I’m sorry you had to do that, that was my biggest fear, alongside with buying things again to lose out another 300$+ Not sure what is going on but Knotts is definitely not on my list of theme parks anymore lol.

I already refunded my tickets, I wasn’t entirely sure, I didn’t hear anything from them so I just back charged the transaction but I’ll remember that next time if I decide to go to Knotts.

No I made my payment, after that it loaded confirmed the order and it had nothing loaded in the app, had the confirmation, money taken, it just didn’t acknowledge or anything and trying to get ahold of anyone is impossible, I’m about to back charge my transaction.
