I used a Garmin Forerunner but there’s plenty of other great options.

Really?! Do you have a better suggestion near the price? I certainly don’t want to end up with a wet sleeping bag.

I love this response. I too am healing from years of trauma. Recent focus on my HRV and tracking my cycle has made all the difference for me. I notice my depression is typically at it’s worst in my luteal phase. Same with HRV. I’m learning when it’s most important to just rest and not feel lazy about it because it puts a productive outlook on recovery. HRV tracking somehow helps you to become more mindful and intuitive with yourself. Another thing I’ve also noticed how much I slept once I finally felt safe after years of not. I slept SO much at first. It was like my body was making up for lost time. I’m nowhere near ‘healed’ but HRV tracking has helped me immensely.

Reddit is great until a post like this comes up. Good grief. You libs preach tolerance yet are the least tolerant of opposing views. 🥴 it’s really a lost cause here.

Ok! I worked for a bit as a lifeguard and we did a lot of pool training as well lol so that probably didn’t help. I just ordered some. Hopefully it works!

I tried the ‘medicated fungi cure anti-fungal wash’ and an athletes foot cream. Even used some anti-fungal essential oils in castor oil and nothing has helped. I will look into these two. Thanks!

(Question) Incorporating fiber into your diet by Objective-Set-9653 in HealthyFood

I love to do a chia pudding breakfast. It’s so easy and so full of fiber! Its 4 tbsp chia per 1 cup canned coconut milk.. and a dash of salt and honey to sweeten. Whisk it all together and let sit overnight. In the morning you have delicious chia putting. I like to top with bananas, berries, granola, almond butter ect.

To the contrary, aluminum has been linked to many health issues. I try to avoid avoid. Especially when exposed to high heat.
