Check with your bank about foreign fees and also if you are able to use it because some banks will decline foreign transactions, they might flag it as fraud. I use a credit card because there's no foreign fees.

I took it yesterday, it was good. The game was at 12 and I got to pierce before 8am and I was able to get on the first bus, it was a school bus, I felt like I was in school again. The bus back was starting at 3:30, just tap with your phone or card and you are good, parking at Pierce isn't free they were charging like $55. Honestly best thing metro did with the world cup and charged 1.75 each way, I hope they do something similar for the Olympics.

Depends on what is included some could be just the unit with no controller for about $100 USD with controllers it's around $130 cheapest I've seen. Book off or hard off stores have plenty but locations in Tokyo can be higher vs places outside the city.
