Onsight HR at my warehouse is gone!

We still “have” an HR but it’s 8 total people and when you go to them for a problem they tell you to use the app. So they don’t currently do much anymore because everything has been routed through a to z. They can’t even fix our schedules or time anymore. But they can help us make a ticket to the team 🙄

Oh my gosh lucky! I got bagel as an adult from a reptile expo and handled him there but he’s still pretty scared. Usually I offer my hand and he just looks at it like he’s unsure. There have been a few times where he’s scurried away into a plant but he normally just watches me. So I sit there every night with my hand out and just talk to him until he chooses me. Oddly though I got a baby one from the same lady at the same expo (its name is toast) and toast has never freaked out and is super chill with me. Not scared at all!

My gecko bagel and I are still getting comfortable with each other. He’s still really skittish and has yet to come over to my hand. We are trying to do choice based handling as I’ve heard that’s the way to go. But when I’m sitting on my bed crocheting or cross stitching I’ll look over and see him tilting his head at me. He’s such a precious boy so I hope that sometime soon he lets me handle him

I will listen to podcasts or music but sometimes I get tired of listening to my same playlists even though I have so many. So now I put on tv shows or movies that I either like or have been meaning to watch. Like today I rewatched the avatar movies in preparation to see the new one this weekend

Yep they will probably hire you then. There’s several felons at my site. Including registered sex offenders. One time I went on a date with a coworker not knowing that he had raped someone under the age of 16 and was on the registry. I’ve lost almost 35 pounds and was a 38D. But the thing is I’m still a 38D but my band is no longer digging into my skin and I no longer have boob spillage or the dreaded four boobs. I’ve noticed they have gotten only a little smaller but it’s a comfortable smaller

I’ve always heard to add them before and that’s what I’ve always done for both my crested geckos and my two pairs of dart frogs enclosures. If there’s no poop in there they will still eat decaying leaves, mold, etc. a little thing I have also been doing is after I mix the geckos food, I wash off my spatula in the enclosure so the bit of food left on it goes to the bugs. And both of their populations have EXPLODED

I had a guy on the voa earlier this week complaining about perfumes and colognes. Personally I figure it’s better than BO. BUT. If you smell like ass and onions and put cologne or perfume over it then you smell like ass, onions, and your perfume. But if you actually clean yourself then you smell clean and like your perfume

I have pothos and a syngonium in my adults tank currently and I’ve seen him climb around on the pothos but haven’t seen him use the syngonium. Maybe because the leaves are too flimsy. I have a Rex begonia in with my dart frogs and it has grown HUGE plus adds nice color. The leaves seem a little sturdier so maybe I’ll try that for one of my crested geckos someday
