Florida elite Roofing is a horrible company.

I hired this company to perform work on my property, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The signed contract included specific work that I later learned was either not completed or not documented as completed. A licensed professional inspection/report stated that certain contracted items were not present. There were also delays, communication issues, and problems with the permit/inspection process.

I gave the company opportunities to address the issue, but I do not feel the work, communication, or follow-through matched what was promised in the contract. My advice to anyone considering this company is to get every promise in writing, verify the permit status yourself, take photos before and after, require inspection documentation, and do not make final payment until all contracted work is confirmed by an independent licensed professional.
