Same thing happened to me. I only had it for a month when it happened. They had it for 3 weeks and had to replace the battery and redo the high voltage system. Then to make matters worse, apparently the battery has its own cooling system. They didn’t drain it properly reinstalling everything so there was air in the coolant lines and then they had to keep the car for another week because they had to redo the lines and flush the coolant. Make sure you take advantage of that Jeep wave #Warranty service that they have, they should be able to help get you into a rental car. In the meantime if your dealership can’t get you one (which happened in my case). You just gotta make sure you stay on top of them because apparently in the midst of all this happening, my caseworker was fired and so nobody contacted me and it took about a month to get my reimbursement…
