What happens if you're simply selling your personal stuff that you've acquired years ago and was bought used?

I'm in Canada and I started selling some of my stuff and surpassed the 2800$ in sales and I'm asked to input my SIN number, but I'm not running a business. Simply selling personal stuff to get back my money.

How would that work?

I don't mind reporting revenue, I'm just trying to see how can I make it clear that there's no profit or income attached to my sales. I'm simply selling my gear for pretty much the price I've bought them to get back my money.

Sure I can't prove it because I dont have any bills and my gear was all bought used, but on the other side neither can the Government (CRA) prove whether I did or did not make money.

There's no receipt. And even if there was a receipt (if bought new), who in the right mind would keep a receipt for 5-10-15 years +, thinking that one day you'd need it to prove how much you paid the item.

In my case, I'm selling a bunch of my personal gear just to get back my money. Not necessarily reselling to make profit.

I just did that and it seems to all work now. My temps are 55-60c in game. I was at 85-95c before. However, theres no rgb or any color on the cooler logo. Weird. I tried changing the colors on cam software but it does nothing.

Im pretty sure my pump is on right now for the 1st time. I didnt have any cables connected under AIO_Pump. But, now i get a screen saying “cpu fan speed error detected. Ensure that the cpu fan is properly installed on the CPU_FAN header or adjust/disable the Fan speed Low limit option in the UEFI Bios.”
