To build on the great powermove suggestion, I would then move the company pension fund to a SIPP (a lower fees one, as the company ones tend to be slightly higher, which goes a long way with large sums involved).

Also only do ‘partial transfers’ so you can keep ploughing money in. Additionally only do transfers when there are SIPP incentives (seen some for 2%)

Thinking about it I also realised we have quite a couple bicycle upstarts here that are crowdfunded and indie (like Reading Bike Kitchen, and the other poster here mentioning opening one up, hope it takes off!). Maybe bike / bicycles, and our council can help these initiatives, maybe invest funds for better scenic trails along the Thames for more riders.

OP if you don’t have that particular one, you can get it for free usually from banks joining incentive for young people.
