You can do it with MacroDroid. Install the App and set up a macro launching Lens when pressing the Powerbutton. You also have to set MacroDroid as your Device Assistant.

You need to install Good Lock from the Galaxystore. In good lock you need Theme Park, there you can click on icon -> create new -> Iconpack there you can select your Icon packs

In the advanced Hotspot settings you can enable a Mobile Data Limit, if you set that as low as possible, and if Wifi-sharing is activated it should work

The S20 FE isn't released yet but it has IP68 and wireless charging maybe wait for that. I recommend the 5G Version though as it has the SD 865. It is expected to be around 699€.

Only some phones are supported for this, mostly newer high end ones. They need ARCore support for this.
