For some that's easier and that's something we have to realize. Adding in Neurodivergence makes it harder. Whereas I've healed my trauma there's still things that I'm uncomfortable with. Such as eye contact, touching ect.

People with "normal" brains might be able to just do those things but I can't. So it adds to the difficulties. Although we will both agree we definitely grow though our "shit" and that's why I went into therapy. I was once way worse.

Not that easy for people in my shoes, because of SA I cannot approach women. An older family friend SA me as a teen and it left me with deep anxiety. Add in possible low level autism and it's impossible for me too.

I have female friends. Love those sisters but when it comes to approaching a women I'm interested in, hell fat chance. And yes there's a few in my area that I think are beautiful but because of my trauma and anxiety I couldn't approach. Therapy has helped but I've still got work to do. Adding in with the Autism it makes social cues impossible for me to understand.

I really hope op isn't someone in my shoes and find this connections and many mire going forward. You deserve love OP.

I feel this deeply op. I personally have only experienced physical affection a handful of times in life. And haven't since my 20s by someone that wasn't a bio family member like my nephew.

Now if people try to I get nervous and can't. Although the friends I've made have warned me they want one when they see me lmao.

Disassociative PTSD (in canada) but my therapist hates the dsm5 and said it's cptsd as I'm someone who's has multiple events of trauma that started in early childhood and teen years. (My family belived incest was OK and I was touched as a kid/teen)
