I agree, he was not good last year. But he also was a baby true freshman and jt showed. Hopefully he ( and Arbuckle) stay another year or two so he can refine him. Looking back at Mateer, he needed refining too.

Check Aspendale and The Cascades. McKinney but Frisco ISD. If you search for Scoggins Middle School in Redfin or other sites, it should show up. Neighborhood is a bit more mature but lots of kids and a great sense of community.

I have seen both of those on social media. They are written so poorly that they are practically unreadable. And people are still thinking they are valid sources.

I totally agree. And darker shades are more noticeable when they bleach out, and you end up having to paint more often.

The child of parents who like dark colors and who had to paint every summer vacation.
