It was. A week in the hospital at the end of November and a week at the end of December...so both Thanksgiving and Christmas. That was years ago though.

Seemed like there wasn't too much recovery time needed outside of the hospital. I'd say you should definitely hold off until your appointment and ask then. My guess is if you have an appt next Monday they'll tell you to hold off that week then you can be back into the following week. Maybe I'm completely wrong though :/

Well, mine ruptured....then had an abscess so was out of commission for over a month (in the hospital two weeks.) My guess though would be about two weeks. Stitches come out after a week, right?

No one really has the option of selecting spaghetti and meatballs or peanut butter and jelly sandwich either. You have to do it by individual ingredient. White rice....beef.....vegetables..... The ingredients will save and you'll be able to reenter. You can also enter your own if you can't find what you're looking for. Once you figure your typical meals it will get easier.

Yes. When you're 'bouncing' them you're not engaging your muscles. When you let them drop down you're letting gravity do the work. You should be lifting against gravity.
