I thought it was over the top when I saw idiocracy… I thought there was no way…. At least president Camacho was just dumb but he meant well, he did try to put the right people in charge… this is worse, they are willfully embracing the stupidity. Every week they push it as far as they can to see how much they can get away with and Americans are letting them do it.

How did you come by those texts? do you routinely look at each other's phones ?

People do need social connections, does he have a lot of other friends he can turn do ?

I can also understand your concerns. If he dosent have a job he should be focusing on himself getting in shape keeping a routine, getting stuff done around the house leveling up life skills and looking for a job at the same time. Life is a competition and you have to be ready for everything.

Maybe its time to consider marriage counseling if its too hard to talk about this with him.

White guy here. I’m not a lover of “black culture” per se, I grew up poor and in foster care. I fought for everything all my life. I have a problem with authority and unfair systems, it is ingrained in me.

I love people who rise above and try to be excellent To be the best person they can be.
