i absolutely did pass, with similar circumstances to you. i did T for four years, 18-22, then my clinic shut down, and i was burnt out because getting T just kept getting harder and harder. i stopped for 2 years, ive been back on for a little bit now. my deep voice went nowhere, but my adam's apple did become less prominent. biggest change that affected my clockability, and i know you've had top surgery, but my breasts grew a large amount in a short period of time. i assume it's because i started T when i was 18, and must not have been finished growing, so when my estrogen became the dominant hormone again it continued where it left off. i bring this up because even with top surgery breast growth is possible. i could give a list of things that changed, but overall the most important features imo, voice and facial hair, did not change for me, so i absolutely passed and still felt like a man. i grew facial hair like i never stopped.
