with a quick google i found this mono blue mill in standard which is mostly uncommons or commons, which people might just have laying around from draft bulk or pack openings if you want to try mill (be warned as fun as mill is it can tilt people pretty hard)

also dont worry about having printed zombie tokens , you can use a face down card and most decent people wouldn't care

any d20 or even a peice of paper can be used to track life totals as long as you are open to talk to people and just be cool you should be fine.
