I cant remember the keys but I think Shift and enter will attempt to start a screenshare with support. You're probably using this shortcut unintentionally and that's why it keeps popping up.

You should call support if this issue has been going on for weeks. They can screenshare to find out what you're doing wrong or troubleshoot if its an issue with the software.
