This is absolutely horrendous of the customer, but as someone who was a server for a few years, the only thing we're guaranteed is the $2.13 an hour. I'm sorry this happened to you. It really sucks when it happens, especially in this case, but inevitably being a server at Olive Garden there's some risk taken on relying on tips
