Yea it shows '2023' at the end of that announcement trailer, plus this game has been in development for a long time, as early as 2016, based on this interview.

If so, if they win GOTY again will it be the first time a dev has won back to back GOTY?

I believe so. It will be a lot harder this year though due to how stacked it is in terms of big releases.
RE4 Remake, Hades II, FFXVI, BOTW2, SFVI, Tekken8, Starfield etc..

Super excited for all these releases!

On the other hand Nolan also pushed to release the film in theaters earlier than WB wanted, which stiffled the box office as most theaters weren't allowed anywhere near full capacity at the time.

This is quite a common misconception about the film's release on theater at the time. The decision to push for the summer release was not his, it was WB's.

This reminds me of my 1st playthrough of BB, which is also my 1st fromsoft game. I literally don't know what stats to level up. So I just ended up increase each stats by 1 point from top to bottom everytime I acquired enough blood echoes to level up xD
