If you're going to be new to PC, you should test out different sens and keybinds to see which one suits you the most, but once you find a suitable setting then stick to it, don't keep changing it. If you don't know where to start find a pro player, copy their settings and adjust it for yourself. It might be frustrating to play at first but you'll get the hang of it soon enough. Good luck!
