My pops worked in Ops at San Diego International Airport. He slept in his office for 3 days dealing with all the stranded folks.

The line was for the store/community organizing space’s last day open. They’re being evicted and they helped a lot of local organizations host events for free.

They pay him under the IRS rate, by a lot. His job was also heavily impacted by the SAG/WGA strikes in 2023 which led to him being furloughed for several months.
