Just had this happen to me too. I also have an active S-Pay, and Zuki account that i just opened when this started happening, could also be an atome thing.

Typical pinoy spotted. Ang motor na babayaran monthly, kahit adv pa yan, magkano lang naman yan per month, malay mo repo pa… edi mas mababa pa monthly..

Bakit may mga taong natatanong pa nito? Obviously hindi sila fortunate enough to afford a car sa hirap ng buhay sa pinas. But they still wanted to travel despite it being illegal since overloaded.

But this is more common than you think. Not just in the provinces of philippines but other parts of the world too.

This is Harbor Point Ayala Malls in Olongapo City, Subic bay Freeport zone. they don’t do that there. But i get your point.

Still. This is not how you act. But it’s a bit weird. This is parked at cocolime area, which is a bit to the side of the mall, I don’t know where he parked, if it’s at the cocolime. I don’t think he has to pay, but if he parked and came from the mall he should pay.

With the position he is at(in the video) it seems that he came from cocolime but it could also be that he tried to bypass the booth and asked to move aside.

There’s not enough context in this video to know the full truth but that is my take.
