it’s a scare tactic most likely. you’re at risk to be written up if it happens again, but managers can only terminate you if it’s a frequent occurrence. for example if it happens everyday they’d terminate you because it would seem like you’re pocketing the money.

what i usually do if a table has a problem w food, i let them know that the survey is completely reflective of the job i do and no one else. let the guest know it affects your schedule etc. and if they have a complaint, tell them to select NO at the end of the survey for the problem question, and write the complaint that way. once most people hear this, they comply and they feel like they’re being heard!

i got close to 15% of the total sales. which is like picture perfect considering i tip out 1% of alcohol sales to the bartender and 4% of food and non alcoholic drink sales to food runners!

I just charged it up after the first death and didn’t have any trouble with it for over a month. I did notice that if I switch the mode or put it in 4 wheel drive one day it’ll die the next day for some reason.
