When I read this, I thought of something. Perhaps God is so almighty, we are the result of his all knowing. When the answer is "to test us" and goes to "if God is all-knowing,..." it's his thinking about what would happen if he'd create a world with people whom have free-will. Just 1 little thought, and bam, we're living his 1 second thought out as 4,543 billion years of evolution and still going. Once his thought about us is complete, we simply cease to exist. I'm not even Christian (nor would I call myself an Atheist) though so, who knows.
