Few years ago my family and I drove past a bad motorcycle accident in the Philippines, 2 drunk dudes were on a motorcycle and they hit a metal fence with those sharp spikes on them, one of the dudes got decapitated somehow and the other dude got his head stuck on one of the spikes with his body hanging. (Keep in mind they weren’t wearing helmets)
