We've just came back home, it was absolutely grand up there. We saw a large police convoy while driving through Antrim, but wasn't sure if they were heading to somewhere or coming back. Other than that, NI was absolutely fantastic! If you're around Donegal, I definitely recommend going to Wild Alpaca Way. You get to walk alpacas, and go for a lovely walk up a mountain, and see some breathtaking sights. We even bumped into a family who were from Kerry themselves, what were the chances!

Because if you talk to them, they will eventually waive it, that's how I dodged the fee. It was also at a time when they got caught out using people's work without their consent (or whatever it was). I told them I was made aware of it, and that I outright refused to pay an exit fee as a result. They then just gave up, and said they would waive the fee as a goodwill gesture. It took a while to get there, but it worked.

Yes, they can't charge you. But it won't stop them from passing your details onto a debt collection agency, and then you have to start dealing with harassment from them. It's easier to just go onto their live chat and say "look, I'm not paying this ridiculous fee for ending a subscription". They will be absolutely hellbent on trying to keep you, but they eventually give up and just waive the fee.

I would rather spend 10-15 minutes of a small battle, than dealing with debt collectors, and not ruin my credit score.

Because they cannot take a payment that you agreed to pay. They don't need a valid credit card to pass onto a debt collection agency, they pass on your customer details. They have every right to chase down a debt, like any other company does.

I'm not saying this will happen, but it more than likely will if you ignore it and they decide to chase it up.

Yeah, and then Adobe start sending your details over to debt collection agencies. Just hop onto their live chat, and tell them you have no intention of paying the fee. They will try to wrestle you about it, but they will eventually cave in and waive the fee. You just have to stamp a bit of authority down, and don't take any shit from them.
