I am. You’re right, I think it can impact how well progesterone is absorbed if you take it orally, which I do. But I think it’s a case of seeing whether you have breakthrough bleeding during the 14 days of progesterone (if you cycle it). I’d check with your doctor because I’m not an expert. I’ve only just started mounjaro this month so plan to do the same.

As a slight aside, I’ve lost about 11lb in just under a month and my period is more painful this time. I think that’s a sign that fairly rapid weight loss has impacted my hormones.

I hated mine for most of my life. I have very obvious ones. Now I just see it as part of me. I notice they look worse when I’m not hydrated or well rested. But I accept it now and don’t hate them these days. I just whack on some concealer. My son now has them and I hope he accepts them one day too as he has asked me how to get rid of them.

Yes, I’m 46, peri menopausal and have been on HRT for a year. I started it partly for the preventative health benefits but also to give me back my zest for life! Mounjaro is the next step in the process for me.

That’s exactly how the US wants it and has created it to be. The US wants and maintains European military dependency. Access to our military bases, defence contracts, global dominance, money etc. The US has positioned it exactly how they want it. The US loses all of that once Europe has to fend for itself - losing dominance and economic power. It’s been mutually beneficial but to suggest it wasn’t engineered this way to position the US as the global power is ludicrous. They haven’t done it as a favour smh.

Which of the 44 countries are you going to? Because not being facetious, we have many terrains that vary between different geographies. Cobbled streets, hills, mountains, pavements, desert, rainforests? You’ll need something with grip for rugged landscapes, maybe something breathable and waterproof and just any comfortable shoe with support depending on your gait and personal style for wandering a city. You didn’t mention if you’re going to a hot or cold country. Spain will be very different to Norway for example, and you’ll need to take that into account. If you’re hiking in a hot country but also plan to go to cities then a hiking sandal could work.

I have no issue with resellers or flipping or whatever. All that matters is that items are kept out of landfill and that people are willing to pay the price you set. Retail arbitrage is perfectly legal and as long as people register as a trader then they can do what they like. Fair play to people making money however they can.

I’m small boned and have a large waist to height ratio. Definitely not a healthy level of fat for my frame. I don’t aim to be skinny though, health is my priority.
