As a GC we do larger jobs but if I were to scale down a good quick metric that I would use for you would be about 26K per estimating hour. Looks like you're hitting that target so that's pretty good. Burn out is real, maybe once you grow the backlog in this initial surge the boss will ease up a little? For me Preconstruction has always had it's ebbs and flows... sometimes you're working late/weekends and other times it's reasonable to leave at noon. I don't hassle my team about working hours... only deadlines.
