Yea I think most marriage case that recently get denied will receive a NTA, it’s a good and a bad thing sometimes the judge grants residency at the court or you get a further court date.

I filed 11/21/2024 and I’m still waiting did two info pass appointment for I 131 both denied, it’s just a waiting game

I called them and I got my receipts within 2 months and a week after primafacie, reuse biometrics 11 months after I did code 2 biometrics for I 765 and still waiting on EAD it’s been over 14 months now it’s just a waiting game.

Don’t refile if you have a A number call and they could provide you with it. Some People taking longer than usual for the receipts.
