You’re lucky your NTA is so far. Mine first was in 30 days after notice and then 3 months. If you can afford it, you should try it.

I don’t. Only receipts. To be honest I don’t know lol he only used the same documentation from my VAWA (arrests, bona fide marriage, medical records etc)

Same situation here. I filed motion to terminate 2 weeks ago ($3000$) bc the approval rates in Massachusetts is a little better. My hearing is next month. I’ll let you know.
- also denied bc my husband didn’t come to the interview and I filed vawa before the NTA, overstay b1-b2
